Trader Applications:
Traders: Thank you for submitting your expressions of interest to exhibit in the Craft and Gift Marquee or Local Food Producers Market this year. Should your application be successful, an invitation to attend the event will be issued directly to you towards the end of May. Thank you for your patience.
Group Organisers and Coach Drivers:
Coaches must be pre-registered – please contact Gemma at gemma@durhamchristmasfestival.com for details of the registration process.
Park & Ride
Please see below for the Park & Ride map. Durham's Park & Ride service costs £2.00 per adult - this entitles you to an all day ticket (from any of the three Park & Ride sites). Under 16s may travel for free when travelling with an adult (21+).
The three Park and Ride sites will be open on Friday and Saturday between 7am and 7pm. All three Park and Ride sites will also be open on Sunday between 9am and 6pm.
PLEASE check with your driver when the last bus leaves the City Centre.

Road Closures
The road from the Market Place up to Palace Green will be closed to traffic from 10am to 5:30pm on Friday 6th December and Saturday 7th December and from 10am to 5pm on Sunday 8th December.
The Cathedral Bus will not run to Palace Green on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Microbus
However, for those who need assistance, a microbus holding 8-10 people will run regularly on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from the bus stop at the bottom of Claypath (opposite the Gala Theatre) up to Palace Green and back.
Shopmobility
Shopmobility (located in the Prince Bishops Shopping Centre Car Park) provides mobility scooters and will be open on both Friday 6th and Saturday 7th November (closed Sunday 8th December). Durham Pointers Service
Durham's volunteer 'Pointers in Pink 'will be present in the Market Place on both Friday 6th November and Saturday 7th December, on hand as virtual signposts to help with directions and answer any queries you may have.
